Business professionals, students, low-income, senior housing, inner city, suburbia, rural, industrial area, vacation area, close to schools/universities, close to hospitals, pets/no pets, smoking/no smoking, Section 8 or not, etc.2. 

I'm 49, received my license in 1989 and became a broker I 1993 all while attending The University of Texas after serving in the US Army.FYI- I do not have a websiteI can even add to the bio-  Purchased 200+ HUD Homes including 31 in 2014The answer I provided regarding the purchase of HUDs is 100% correct. 

I'm thinking about areas adjacent to the University of Chicago but welcome thoughts. 

Then there are industries such as Epic and the University downtown that are keeping demand for housing high. 

Since there has been a huge amount news coverage about Trump University, I thought I would ask a simple question.What percentage of "guru courses" do you think operate exactly like Trump's "University"?
