Its amazing how things just eventually click like that over time.And thats kind of the sign that you're ready to start doing deals.

A few other things like that make me believe that the property did not likely keep good numbers and I may have to find other ways to value it.Any suggestions would be amazing.

I'd like to quote Winston Churchill, one of my favs: "Never, Never, NEVER give up".When I first started about a year ago I was inches from an amazing deal.  

But I know to people in other states it must seem like a real steal as some people cannot get even the "1% rule" where they are from so they think these are amazing.

Finally, a big shotfrom Florida shows up, calls me into the office and fires me for doinghard money California deals instead of Florida and New York loans.I was amazed and ticked off again.

The downtown area was amazing with how the streets are set up for pedestrian walks, cars, trolleys, and people just playing chess or checkers in the sitting areas.
