At that time NY was shutting down all government offices so I'm not entirely sure my paperwork has been recorded at the clerk's office. 

Mine is above 800 but I'm currently self-employed (within two years) without stable income track of record.

@George ChungDepends on number of factors such as how good are your financial records (balance sheet, income statement), how many state returns there are, just to name a couple of the factors in play.
