Just to add on to these would love to see:- a pro forma template or an easy way to get accurate comps through a national MLS- Discounted Legal or accounting services- the ability to order bulk contractor/renovation items at a discount.- Group rate insurance or home warranties.

@Becca F. the best is the CAR form in my experience and the one that has the best clauses and other items to cover you when something comes up with the tenant etc.
