Got a few people together and went down with a U-Haul to setup.

I see the u-haul truck was parked and some items near the mail box.

U will never see prices like this again.

Nor could I give u advice on the good or bad side of investing in the "hood", but speaking as someone who grew up in whats considered a rough part of philly, these neighborhoods could use someone like u. my neighborhood was rough but, some of the best ppl in the world lived on my street.

And when/if I sell, like u say, that is when the tax would go up higher cuz unless US government crashes or banking system totally collapses or i die or something in the next few years, it (market value for me to cash in on someday) can only go UP as i wouldnt sell for anything less than the purchase price (upon which im taxed) plus 100k, minimum.Because of my avid gardening hobby, it was either Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, Sand Diego or Signal Hill (or MEXICO!) 

If you buy 4 u units to fix, each unit will be around 30k-40k.They are not going to be in decent neighborhoods.

I have read that Frank Rolfe from MHP-U won't buy in California or New York due to tenant-friendly laws.

we look at homes, and then 90% comes back with offers that yields them 6-9%.I am like, I thought you wanted 10%+ like me....... they are out of state, or they are looking for only cash flow, or they are looking for something for their relative to use, or they are looking for SAFETY first,  or they don't want to do any work... you NEVER know ppl's situation SO I NO LONGER ASSUME, it make an _ _ _ of u and me ;p

Is it a violation to say in advertising what languages we can speak, for instance, "hablamos español," or "ونحن نتكلم العربية?"

How would u suggest I approach this?
