If people over 30 with good jobs "should be" owning property, does that mean you wish to rent to people in the 18-30 age range?  

I'm already 35 y/o and wish I had done this sooner but it is what it is.Among the many niches, rental properties struck a chord with me because of the potential for passive income and generational wealth.Then I came across house hacking which I thought was a great way to pay for the mortgage.

One unit is vacant (that will be occupied by me) and the other unit has a renter whose lease is up in Sept/30.I do not wish no renew the lease for this renter as I'd like to make some renovations on that unit before renting it out again.

I planning to get my residential  and investment  property as soon as possible. wish me a luck.Thanks & Regards, Vijay
