I am looking to advertize/ market for investors in my area in local newspapers and websites. Are there any legal issues I should be aware of in writing an advertizment in looking for possible investors?

I'm sure I'm not alone in that my 2 biggest concerns are how to fund and how to look for the property, Too many web sites to sign up for all.

@Justin P. you got 2 problems1Im sure most of buyers looking for Caribbean deals are not looking at the web sites you are on2 the fact all your deals are not local to you tells me you probably do not have very good deals. 

A web search or checking meetup.com should reveal most of them.

There is a good forum in Yahoo groups called Vacation Rentals for owners with information about the vacation rental web sites and any other questions that you may have.I have two condos in Lincoln so I am familiar with the area.  

I would start with SFR, do lots of research here and on the web to learn how to manage your property.  

It is completely web based with an 85/15 split and 5-10 leads provided per month in addition to whatever business you get on your own.

For my area I wrote a web scrapper program that aggregates the information into excel for me.
