Suggestions to market a property management company

Hi, I am looking for suggestions on ways to market our property management company to owners/investors on my local area.  My partner and I are currently managing our own buildings and have set up processes that we hope to take to properties that are not our own.  I have a listing on Craigslist and need some other more creative ways to get our company name out there.  Thanks :)
