I'm curious why someone would pay $15K more than the property is worth when you can buy the next property down the street for actual market value? 

6700 W 81st street has sat on the market for quite some time in the past due to multiple issues. 

In fact, the city had trouble keeping up with snow removal and 2 and 3 lane streets were down to 1 lane for part of the month.

I send my senior year in Lancaster county1998 manheim central manheim was a very small town the auto auction was a small garage.... now look at Lancaster county 20 years later it's a vibrant booming region...

its more about the follow up and ability to transact quickly I think that sets folks apart and the fact your an agent your already way ahead of the average person on the street..so have fun.

Don't screw then street ells too tight.

The "appraiser" used completely irrelevant comps in a different neighborhood when there are literally 3 recent sales on my same street and 2 in my exact same floor plan.

Others (Wife forced me to drive her a few places during Imelda when it wasn't so bad out) seem to park their cars on the streets which in some cases were higher than the surrounding land.
