Not sure if that's due to the washer leaking or if that may be another issue...I'm a bit stressed out because my tenant on the other side of the duplex is supposed to move out by the end of this month and I was planning on moving to that side and renting my unit out but now since this has came up it's putting me at a crunch with time and money...I'm trying to tackle the most urgent and most important things needed to have my side at the very least and I hope it's not as big of an issue as it seems.What do you guys think?

We have been most successful picking up probate properties or properties sold as a result of a death in the family. 9 times out of 10, you'll find that the kids don't want to deal with the stress/headaches that they saw their parent go through and choose to sell it instead.

My family is my priority in life and I want to be there at all times to go to the first dentist appointment with my 2 year old daughter, go to her sporting events when she gets a little older, spend a week hiking in the mountains with my wife, and just enjoying life with my family without the stress of an everyday 9-5 job.

What @Zach Sikes said is correct - agents in the internet-age are focused on negotiating, coordinating, and monitoring all the elements that Redfin can't help with, while providing customer service and expertise (hopefully) that lessens the stress of such a big transaction

I can't stress enough that you need to talk with your own lenders, but generally if one lender can do it there is at least one other lender out there that can also do it this way.
