I am currently utilizing Yardi Breeze which is a dumbed-down version of Yardi Voyager that only has a $400/month minimum.

Once you have an idea of what's required you can reach out to some local site work and utility contractors to get an idea of costs.  

Thats not necessary, it would be easier and more reliable to utilize an experience agent to pull comps for you and estimate an ARV that way.  

There are also two balconies and a porch that need complete rebuilding, as well as all new utilities, etc. sufficive to say, I’m anticipating a ballpark of $100k in rehab.
