Has anyone financed multi family 2-4 with HUD 184 loan?
I am interested in utilizing the, Native American specific, HUD 184 loan to build a quadplex. I was wondering if anyone on the page has experience with using this loan product for a new-build multi family (2-4). I know it is a small group of people that qualify for these loans and am just crossing my fingers that someone knows about the new build side of this product. I have previously used the product to purchase an existing duplex.
