I agree with @Tyler Blackwell...UT had the highest population growth in the nation in 2016 (by percentage), ranked by Forbes as the best place for business for the last three years and six of the last seven, low unemployment, a population that is expected to increase by up to 2.5 million by 2050 (highest birth rate, lowest death rate, and youngest population-60% of the population increase in 2016 came from natural increase), and a lot of tech companies coming in.The vast majority of the population increase is expected to happen in north UT.

The point is that marketing & tech is really a scale game so once you start down the road of improving the marketing for these companies it will really make sense to aggregate their purchasing power or it might go to Airbnb.
