I've been reading up on a lot of the other posts but still have no conclusive answer.The property I have obtained is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath hoping to rent it out for $1,200 a month so what type of clauses are typically set for this type of property?

I have read a lot of books, watched podcast and have learned a lot.

I have read the article about screening tenants and I have everything downloaded from the lease agreement package.

I have been reading the reviews online as well which I should have done first and foremost but didn't.

I’ve read most of “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and also halfway through “The book on Rental Property Investing” written by our very own Brandon Turner.

Luckily my children are both 2 and younger so i have some time before i reach that point.After my shift in thinking i read rich dad, poor dad and confirmed i was not indeed crazy. 

You need to get into local court records, read the actual criminal reports, and see exactly what happened.
