They're pretty sweet!

I own properties throughout the metro area, but Frederick has a nice sweet spot of right around the 1% rule with a generally ok tenant base, and without the downside risks of some of the other areas where there might be an even better ratio.

I would prefer to buy more, but the thought of it being fully paid for is pretty sweet.

@Dallas KiddMy biggest regrets over improving on buy and hold rentals and taking my sweet time getting g these rentals rent ready.

But I have 2 sweet buy and holds and a flip ready for me ride.

I've actually lost feeling in my finger tips from being on a computer the past year, no really big deal,  I'm also getting a pain in the elbow as well, as they say, suck it up, no pain no gain.Perhaps that might be why I don't type with wine and roses, just a few hundred more words that new, sensitive, folks expect being coddled as the babes entering the business world think they are entitled to. 

Repeat 2 years later and now I have three houses and another under contract (with a sweet location/setup) and am wondering if anyone else is just stacking cash waiting for a buying opportunity.

I'm starting to take a page from the @Gene Hacker playbook and spending a lot more time enjoying my life - wine tasting in Napa today, weekday happy hours, concerts, hiking...
