DFW Multi-Family Market
Hey everyone,
I am looking to maybe get into the multi-family game here in North Texas. What is the best way to find good properties in the area? I have been looking on LoopNet and have seen a few, but being new I don't know how good of deals they are. Are there any good realty companies that specialize in MFR's?
I am looking for somewhere from 4-20 units. I have a good deal of money to put towards it.
What sort of cap rate should I be looking for in this market? Any areas of the metroplex that I should concentrate on? Or stay away from?
Thanks for the reply's.

Marcus & Millichap are big players in DFW MF. 4-20 may be on the small side for them.
