Could you not determine that these units were old before you submitted an offer?

From the many videos I have looked at no has said that as part of the process.I'm thinking many people feel it is implied knowledge.

Good afternoon,I've watched some youtube videos by "easy agent pro" I would check out their youtube channel.

I recommend you video the apartment after you are done cleaning and have all your stuff moved out. 

I have submitted several offers on properties and been told of multiples then 2 days later the house is back on market, or it sells for less than my offer.  

If anybody can help me get an outline of start to finish articles to read, videos to watch, step by step, I would greatly appreciate, this site is full of great people and I hope one of you can help me out.
