Non-Warrantable Condo Loans
Anyone know of any lenders who have non-warrantable loan products being offered?
I've quickly learned about warrantable and non-warrantable due to a potential investment property I recently submitted an offer on and I'm reviewing my loan options.
I've already spoken with RBFCU and UFCU. RBFCU only has a 15 year portfolio loan and UFCU is the closest so far with a great rate but a requirement for minimum 40% owner occupancy in the building.
Anyone have any recommendations based on your experience?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Chris
