Megan,  That's what I'd heard so I am going to press ahead. 

Nationally, we have whisper numbers of May collections proving strong or just slightly inside or outside of April, nothing too drastic but markets like Vegas and Orlando have a tough road ahead.

It would be awesome if we could just go ahead and jump into a househack when we move there (as that's what our long term goal is), but there are some things about my job situation that make it uncertain.

As everybody has stated above it is important to get your financing set up ahead of time so you know not only what you can afford but what loan programs your eligible for.
