So mine converted from a 2 month to a longer 6 month and the interest went up but the note date stayed the same (important for refi seasoning).

but in Oregon you need to try and if seller wont respond just duly note it for the file and the person making the offer..

I find the guy who has the most knowledge and smarter than me and I ask questions and take notes.

Also, note that a VA loan can typically do 100% LTV so I'd also potentially explore that option, but you'll be able to finance more with the 203k loan.   

So say I done a conventional loan on all 3, paid 20% down, would I see the same interest rate across all 3 notes or various?
