please evaluate this investment -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know the philosophy for many is you absolutely must have positive cash flow for it to make sense, but what if you had a rental in the negative ($300 after all expenses...it is an interest only loan too by the way) in Las Vegas ....you know you could do better but don't have the time to find another rental right now?

While you'll never cash flow that place in San Fran as a rental, if you can handle the negative cash flows for a year it might suit your situation.
