Hello Everyone,

My name is John Worley. I'm new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I am a mortgage broker working with a company called Apex Mortgage. We offer a wide range of residential and commercial loan programs, including many investor and hard money programs. Currently licensed to do loans in 27 states.

Ok....that takes care of the shameless company plug. :D

A little bit about myself. I am a mortgage broker and wholesale investor. Before getting into the mortgage side of the real estate business, I was a residential appraiser for 3 1/2 years. I live and work in the metro Atlanta area and the main focus of my mortgage business is working with real estate investors. Education is hugh item with me and I will gladly share any information of value that I can. If anyone has any questions about real estate appraisal or the mortgage business, then I am always available. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything, but I will share what I do know.
