Well I just spent a couple of hours evaluating the best property management software.  

Anyways I'm chiming in because I don't know what the "valley" and if anyone can give me a few tips that would help in my assimilation.

Also use Google search the same keywords and city you are targeting. 2 I also use a software program that finds cash buyers.
