I was just recently talking with a very smart business friend about asset protection.

The average homeowner is way too smart, they pick up that you're an investor in about 5 seconds and they know the game - they know you're looking to make a spread - and then they just won't cooperate.

Just seems like a colossal waste of money and energy at a time when our nation is suffering and needs good ideas and smart investment for the long term.

The Current breed of Gurus are a lot younger and while they still do real estate, they are smart enough to know that they need to adapt to the changing market conditions, so what better way than package their knowledge(which ofcourse is readily available on this site and elsewhere on the WWW).

With our high unemployment and recession misery it's amazing he isn't smart enough to not get caught and at the same time spare us the tears on television today.
