Totally agree- mastering the use of your time is essential, but it's a game changer.

I am new to the entire investing game but intrigued by MHPs.

@Andrew Postell thanks for the ideas. yes I did run a little excel and found out if i went up in price id have a bit more in the game after final refi.

I will try to give some layman's introduction that will intentionally avoid most technical terms and use simpler words.

They are just playing marketing games.

Deals are a number game, keep grinding and you will close more deals $$.

There are an enormous amount of options for tile, and you will typically see simpler (cheaper) patterns and designs in the lower priced homes, and so on as you move up the price point of the property.
