I purchased the property (for $100k cash) in my name and then quit to my LLC at refinance but was charged $1100 for the deed and doc stamps.

Here are a couple that would do it straight in an LLC.

So far it seems like you can only get an ITIN loan, where the rates aren't very great...Is there a way to bypass this, in order to get a conventional loan - like invest a certain amount through an LLC for your Real Estate investments?

The other option is commercial loans, which are is what you need to buy within an entity like an LLC.

For those that have multiple properties, do you have LLC's or an umbrella structured or just hold all in your personal name?

I really should stop doing that, but I'm not in a plan to set up an LLC.

How does it work with securing a mortgage loan under an LLC?

Just like you still lose them if they are in LLcs (the reason I would recommend umbrella policy over bothering to setup llc’s.)$2million on a dozen rentals, 2 personal residence, a motorcycle, and a boat, runs about $1400/year.
