HI @Lenna Groudan, Im currently seeking 4-Plex in Houston, and wondering how did you get on with the referrals mentioned here? 

I'm looking for a potential partner (NOT an investor), preferably someone with a very strong RE finance/legal and/or internet travel/hospitality background with good communication skills seeking to capitalize on the VR market. 

Maybe you misinterpreted anything after my original post, but Brian made it clear to me that a coach was what I was seeking.

Also, seek advice because what you want to do currently and in five years will determine how your lawyer/asset manager will structure your entities.

Now, I'm not sure exactly how marriage will fall into this, but it might be wise to seek the council of good tax and/or financial advisor - there may be certain tax advantages based upon when you purchase the properties in relationship to which tax year you get married and there may be certain advantages/disadvantages to purchasing property jointly vs individually. 

I'm planning to seek out some private lenders and possibly do a profit share to make the investment really attractive for them. 

Seek something more than just "roundabout".

I'm looking for a NOVA agent or wholesaler who is currently working on a vacant land purchase in Richmond. I have information about the land you may want to know.

I would suggest identify a few markets that meet your criteria and then seek out the tk providers in those markets, narrow them down and then make your selection .
