Because you personally guaranteed the loan the LLC will not protect you from the lender coming after you due to a default or foreclosure.I do not think searching for a commercial loan for your residential property would be a good idea.

I found BP while doing a google search on questions I had on mortgage loans while I was house hunting for my primary residence.

I find it is good for searching the market for property but that's about it. 

Search the "50% rule" and the "2% rule".

We use the same MLS software and last night I got the same thing.I have several saved searches/auto emails setup so I can know when certain things come on and off the market and last night the system deactivated every search I had because it responded with more than 400+ listings for each search all at once; which I guess is too much for the system to handle.I went back in this morning and manually checked and reset it, wasn't legit.
