It will all come down to that girl getting her easy money and more paperwork for the rest of us.

The rest you get IRS notices to garnish their commissions check when a closing happens, their license gets suspended for not paying renewal fees, not doing all required CE credits to be up to date, having student loan delinquencies, owing back child support etc.Tons of paperwork and little production.

I'd rather have an employed tenant who can afford the rent than someone who has lived life thinking rent is $300 a month and the government pays the rest.
