When you're standing in front of someone and you approach them with respect and courtesy, it's hard for them to ignore you like they do a postcard or an ad on Facebook.

Couple that with falling rents and guys in the real estate business shedding their properties made me nervous about the market in Midland/Odessa.I'm new at this & obviously not an insider with respect to any housing market, but am I interpreting things about Midland/Odessa market incorrectly?

The toilet and sink we picked out was $199 and $79 respectively and he was putting everything out to pro bid and told me he did  not do the make up of material so when I saw 1600 I was taken aback a little .

I was referred to one by someone respected and they seem to have everything I'm looking for.

Serve notice respectfully, let them know that you're willing to work with them and that you're not upset by the whole process, and that even though you're evicting them, if they need anything they should not hesitate to contact you, and that you'll help in any way possible.In other words, be nice, honest, and accommodating to a fault.

My break through book (which also seems to be everyone else's here in BP) was recommended to me by a mind I highly respect, called "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. 

I will look into those roles at respected RE companies. 

The duplex is in a great area and is currently rented out on both sides (650/550month respectively) with leases ending in Jan.

Just be real with us and we will buy.Anyways as you can see we almost got burnt that's why I am just disclosing this and I'd like for the rest of my BP family members who actually work hard and respect our business to know to be careful, don't waste your time with these people and even more so be careful with your hard earned money.
