It doesn't appear you are going after a real "main and main" location, the guarantor is a franchisee as opposed to a corporation and with the amount of Family Dollars and Dollar Generals on the market you should have some room to negotiate.As has been mentioned, make sure your broker is representing YOUR interests.

I do believe that this is something you can do for your own property, but am not sure if this is something you can do on another's behalf....as in representing a buyer/seller.
