You can scan through the relevant details you received from leads from your website and prioritize them and focus your time on the best ones.While a website doesn't magically produce leads, it also shouldn't be overlooked.

So in other words this tenant was in the process of moving out when I bought the building.Some relevant facts:- The woman is a section 8 (HUD assistance) tenant- The damages consisted of major and minor damage (I replaced the flooring due to water damage, I replaced a door, had to paint, clean, fix the stove, etc.).

Here are the specifics.  1st Mortgage Balance: $210k @ 4.05%HELOC is $35K @ 6.5% - Currently I have a balance of $26.5k that was used for some of the remodel costs.Appraisal had two approaches (I’m not sure which is more relevant so I’ll list both): Sales Approach $301k / Cost Approach $322kUsing the conservative estimate it looks like I have $90k in equity in my home.

Hi Michala,I think the easy to read ones are the best because I enter them into my contact manager software.Easy to read meaning, non small clear typeface, a reachable phone for you, an email you check regularly, and the name you want to be called plus your last name.Plus if you do something relevant to the meetup, such as flipping, or buyers agent, etc...state that under your name.Avoid fancy swirly fonts, and tiny fonts and lots and lots busy background.That's what I like to see personally, BUT the card content isn't really that important, it's more the impression you personally make on the other person.

There have been a lot of posts here that have gotten into the particulars of what to do as part of the rehab, however my caution would be that--unless you are going to do the work yourself (which I wouldn't recommend unless you have experience with it)--those particulars aren't terribly relevant.
