I am working on a new commercial development (ground up) project and need a feasibility study completed (highest and best use analysis). 

Other than the below 2 companies:

1) Pape Dawson
2) Cude Engineering 

Does anyone have other trusted recommendations I should be talking to? I would also like relevant market research as well.
