She did make some payments in escrow with the courthouse, does anyone know what form do I need to petition to the court to release the funds out of escrow to me? 

Per County land records, it has a lien from a solar panel financing company, and a junior mortgage (the primary mortgage was released) on it.   

If you don't know what phase 1 and phase 2 reports, ALTA surveys, lease estoppels, lien releases, etc are, then digging down the due diligence rabbit hole for a while could be a great option.  

If you owe money on a blanket loan and want to sell a property, you need to get a "partial release" from the lender that, inless those terms are spelled out in the loan agreement, is pretty much up to the lender.

My status still says batch but they haven’t released the funds yet! 

@Todd Vicknair - There is a lot going on here like mortgage assumptions, partial releases, possible second liens.

I had a similar issue with a tenant I had, that had to do time, however, he was released for work.

Long story short lender stopped releasing draws and properties construction stopped as a result of it.
