You can shop around, but prior to recent changes (and I'm not sure the govt has approved them yet), you can't even change who you get your mortgage through without a stress test.

@Andrew Freed I did try to hired a property manager but the fees were too high.I will post another one asking about prices.

I’m sure people who own multiple STRs have all the tasks memorized on what do prior to closing and post closing and before going live.
