I am not a loan officer but I understand you can now finance up to 10 sfh - up to 4 units is still considered a sfh.

Hi Neil,I would consult an attorney, or at least read the NJ Landlord Tenant Law: http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/codes/offices/land...My understanding of the laws in NJ is that you cannot remove a tenant, even if the lease is up, unless you have a valid reason.
