This is a great platform for anything regarding real estate!

The price has stayed the same through the 2015 assessments.That's scary to think one year your property is at its peak and you're thinking of selling, then  a new assessment comes in and drops the total assessed value by $30,000.I understand that the assessment is not what drives the price but some people (hopefully many investors) give it a look when considering a property.This also seems to be consistent throughout the small city of Warren - not specific to 1 property.Thoughts?

You need to be consistent and send large quantities to be successful.

There are a lot of wholesalers around, but I don't know of that many that are consistent.

The platform also has several other handy functions.

I have over 900 people on my buyers list for wholesaling purposes, but I only sell properties to like 4-5 people consistently.

This building consist of 4 one bedroom apartments that are currently being rented below market value (approximately $950 per unit).

This group is going to consist of professionals from a wide range of industries (attorneys, accountants, health and wellness, insurance agents, bakers, bankers, caterers, contractors, etc.).
