He insisted on micromanaging them and communicating with them himself, put them on "payment plans" that resulted in them getting even further behind, ignored my suggestions to serve 5-days, then looked at his account one day and realized just how far behind they were and that they would need to be evicted (we've already been through one - a few of them I was able to get on track), and blew up blaming everyone but himself.

Information sought to be protected by an NDA must be specific so that there is no ambiguity, and for the courts to consider the agreement reasonable.Examples of information protected by NDAs include trade secrets, financial information, customer information, intellectual property, product formulae, product information, business plans, contracts with other organizations and computer codes or access processes.Sometimes, defining confidential information is hard because a whole lot of information is involved, especially in unilateral NDAs.

However, you do need to handle this situation carefully, make sure you follow a standard screening process to avoid any Fair Housing Act violations.I'm honestly not even sure if you can initiate the conversation with the parole officer, if they reach out to you, or the tenant provides the info and offers the opportunity to call them, that's a different story.Make sure you apply the same screening criteria you use for all potential tenants.
