Do you know what how far the PSI normally drops and about where it should remain until I physically release the air?

We both live out of state, but would like to have a physical address in ATL.

There was no physical evidence that this ever was a gas station. 

I live in the Denver Market and I would prefer to get my feet wet by purchasing my 1st property locally versus a property in another market that I would not be able to physically drive to. 

I have a pretty good chunk of equity and was planning on doing a refi to get into the game but the mortgage company (Suntrust) just told me that Texas has a law that states a mortgage company must have a physical office in the state before they can do cash out refi's.I guess I could do a HELOC but I'm a little hesitant.

However the days I️ do work are physically draining and I️ often switch between night and day shifts, paired with a 45 minute one way commute this makes for an undesirable job.

So in this case, I have to bring $70,000 PLUS closing costs (which I don't have).I'm looking to flip a property and I feel I have exhausted all my options.
