In my small area I just invest in anything that makes sense to be honest How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We used to follow, Walmart , HD, and U-Haul :)  U-Haul has great migration data, the best in the business on where people are moving to.

However, there are many factors to consider, and I want to ensure that the right people are involved at the right time.The renovations are nearly complete, and I am already collaborating with a condo conversion lawyer to draft the condo filing documents.

Prior going to the conference my fear was that most of the people going to the conference was in the single family homes and we wouldn't be as much of value to each other.

If you are using one all the time you leave it down but most people if they put one in it is because you want to use the room for something else.

People who are willing to collaborate, and help others along the path truly make a difference in the world.

I've heard people talk about getting an IRR around 20% but I'm not sure if that's an outdated target and not as realistic as it may have been in the past? 

With Google image search trick getting out, more and more people will go to direct booking sites to avoid fees. 

I understand they serve as a benchmark when calculating the discount rate but I see people try to predict them on a 10-year basis which seems incredibly difficult for first-time investors and ultimately, we never know what they will be. - Adam
