Pros could be: Clean water + tub for each guest; on a well, so no water waste concern; can make it design-y + cute; can be used winter (hot water) + summer (cool water); goes better with forest location of the home than a traditional hot tub might; will hold same number of guests as hot tub would (2 people in each tub).In researching I have seen some people on Airbnb have these checked in amenities as 'hot tub', some 'private hot tub'.

Are you trying to self manage?

These are our first rentals, and we are self-managing.

At the time that we signed, Ryan and his construction manager estimated that the project would take about 3 months.

Just above $100k..with personal usages and not optimally managed for the moment..

Some cities in MI have this but there is always the alternative that if you do not live within X distance you need a local rep/manager or person for them to know about and be able to call.  

Sounds like you need to work on that building of trust with other people.

So are you licensed and insured to be able to manage properties for other people?

This is a great question in my opinion because I believe in many cases, people should buy an investment property before their primary home.
