As you interview and look for good companies to partner with, the best of the best will be willing and able to patiently answer your questions move at your pace.NOW ------When you have researched good cities and interviewed a quality partner to work with, you can begin to look at houses.  

I normally am pretty patient with things if I can see a good ROI with it.  

However, very few will ever match the success of Warren Buffet, because they don't execute his strategy correctly &/or aren't patient enough to allow it to play out over 20, 30, 40 + years. 

Murders have decreased in Detroit, vandelism has decreased and we have this great safety net we pay for called insurance to replace stolen property.

I was just curious as to wondering if there would possibly be anything illegal about knowing this information or anything of that matter just as a safety precaution and where i can find out more information about this building process.Also, I assume that there most likely will be either foreclosed homes, homes for sale by owner, etc. around the new development area.
