I have to say being young with a mindset of an entrepreneur and having to "force" myself to be in a environment such as where I work is really tough, but being that I always have a busiess book with me at all times tends to take the stress away, eventhough I 've always had a passion for RE, I believe one day I will be successful and be self employed :lol: .

I have so much passion in the "why" for becoming a Real Estate investor and I am here in need of some help.

What's "fun" on the forums is seeing newbies become very passionate about why their strategy is the best, how they will be successful, how they know what to do, etc. without having a single deal under their belts. 

He has a passion for teaching and wants to focus on that instead.His property manager admits to me that there are two drug dealers on the property and that she just doesn’t feel like kicking them out.She also tells me they have pet fees, but she discourages any pets because its such a pain in the butt for her.There is a now leasing banner, but you would never know because it is just hanging halfway off.The pool has old mildewed furniture and is out of service.The vacant unit smells like Cheech and Chong had a party there that morning.You walk into the leasing office and it feels like a dungeon.

I have the passion to work smart and succeed.
