Hello Fellow Investors, 

My name is Naren. I'm from Chicago recently moved to Ballantyne area, Charlotte. I primarily invest in Single Family homes but do have some experience in Condos and Vacation properties. I'm a buy and hold investor (currently own SFH, Condo in Chicago downtown and overnight vacation rental in the smoky mountain, TN). I'm interested in focusing on SFH but I do know there are many paths to success in RE. I'm definitely interested to learn about other great investments - Multi-Family, wholesaling and fix-and-flip etc.

Glad to be here and looking forward to network with fellow investors with similar passion and also learn from each other.
