The attorney fees alone for these type of deals are starting at $10,000 per person and every international investor has to invest a minimum of $500,000.

I have a feeling that person is not going to leave.

I would be worried about the buyer's agent from the property you didn't buy  expecting to be paid commission on the property you did buy.

As a paid lifetime member of WREIN If I had it to do over again- I would personally take another route.
