Next order of business (heh, I can say that phrase literally now and still be correct) is to build credit for when I need it.I was wondering if there's a way to kill two birds with one stone by both funding my company and building credit by lending money to my LLC and have it be reported to D&B.

Therefore, the cashflow potential also seems more limited right now in DFW (where the homes are less than 10 years old) versus parts of San Antonio I was thinking of investing in like Converse, Stone Oak, and generally in areas that serve the military bases.My primary question is this, how wise is it to invest in your backyard?

I like to do stone pattern LVP for this reason, but I'm tired of the shortcomings of the Tranquility, and most others are pretty expensive like the $2.50-3.70 at Lowes.
