Hey guys, so I've been diving deeper and deeper into property management and had a couple questions. some are opinions and some are factual1. do you need a license to start a property management company that hires people but ONLY manages properties in your own LLC or under your name?

I am starting to dive into areas where I'm going to need tax advice and want to make sure I'm doing everything the right way.  

I also got some inside knowledge that they'll be doubling rates soon do to an EPA mandated project.I was looking into refinancing FHA's last night.

There are so many little details I would recommend take your time to learn but also don't be afraid to dive in
