Hey guys, I just came across the BP podcast and I think it is so informative.  I have already listened to maybe 10 hours or so.  Its really great.  I live here in Coeur d Alene Idaho and hope to buy my first property in a year or less.  My credit isn't the greatest(650) so I hope I can figure out how to get into something using other means.  My goal is to get into a multiple family property here in town.  It would be cool to  branch out from there and do more in the future....

Hi @Justin Heitter, welcome to BP! You'll get tons of value here and meet a lot of great people. If you can make it, the local REI meets tomorrow night (4/6/17) at 6:30pm, 1450 Northwest Blvd, STE 107... another great place to meet other investors and learn a ton.
