Honestly real estate isnt cheap and had some big legal repercussions so theres going to be fear but it's about looking at your first property, the first flip, or the first time you pitched a potential investor and recognizing the courage it took to take that step.

Definitely want to get into development in the future of tiny homes, multifamily, etc.

I've noticed many investors choose to transfer such properties to an LLC for legal reasons.

These are more complex legal structures that can provide even more protection than a traditional LLC alone.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

That is a very high income so I would definitely look to acquire some short term rentals to supercharge the cash flow.
