Irma,I presume you mean apartments which have inadequate natural light - perhaps the kitchen or living room(?)

Some repairs kitchen needs to be leveled and windows need to be replaced plus cosmetic, land scape etc.Please advice me on what requirements I should bring up with my 200k offer?

Having some pex and a few sharkbite fittings in the truck recently got us out of a very big problem where one of our workers screwed threw a copper pipe in the wall of a restaurant kitchen we were working on.

We have pictures hanging in every room, towels on towel hangars, tp, soap dishes, silk flowers in the kitchen and bathrooms, plug in scents on super low, etc, etc, etc... 

If you have electricity put lights on timers and a radio. 

Examples of what it needs: new windows, hardwood floor refinishing, doors, tile kitchen floor, light and bathroom fixtures...Any thoughts appreciated. 

Both bathrooms need a total rehab, kitchen floor redone and the whole place painted.

I am rehabbing an apartment in South Miami.I have always used new kitchens as the kitchen and bathrooms make the sale.This apartment looks good, but just little outdated.
